Approx. 7" High x 2 1/2" Wide x 2 1/2" Deep
Beautiful, authentic early 20th-century Bohemian art glass posy vase.
This exquisite piece dates back to the Art Nouveau era and is highly attributed to renowned Czech makers Wilhelm Kralik Söhne or Franz Welz. Because these companies rarely signed their everyday utility glass, pieces with these specific traits are highly sought after by collectors of both makers.
Features a striking vertical wood-grain or bark texture along the elongated neck.
The under-base features the iconic spiraloptisch (spiral optic) molded swirl pattern on a square foot with heavily rounded corners.
Complete with its original, authentic metal collar rim at the top, showing a gorgeous, naturally aged antique patina.
Vibrant, translucent emerald/olive green that catches the light beautifully.
Excellent antique condition. The hand-blown glass is beautifully clear with no chips, cracks, flea bites, or internal cloudiness. The metal collar is securely attached and has not been aggressively polished, preserving its historical integrity. Normal wear from use and age.
